- Graudated Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1997
- Graduated from the Reflexology Program at D'Arcy Lane in 1995
- Graduated from Acupuncture Program at McMaster University in 2007
- 1998 moved to London England and worked in a spa and travelled for a year
- Opened her own practice in Sarnia, ON at the Earth and Health Company in 1999
- Went into partnership in 2000 and opened Cieslar and Connolly Massage Therapy Clinic in Sarnia
- Taught in the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College Sarnia, from the program's inception in September 2000 until 2005
- Married in October 2005 and moved to Kingsville where she continues to practice massage therapy
- Continuously upgrades her education by taking courses in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, joint play, assessments, Thai massage, reflexology, acupuncture, joint mobilizations, Reiki, sports injury massage, cupping, advanced cervial and thoracic manipulation
- Was on the board of the Sarnia-Lambton Chapter of Massage Therapists for 6 years
- Is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario
- Is a distrubitor for Gecko Massage Gels, Oils and Lotions
