Brooke is a dedicated Registered Nurse, CIINCDE Certified Holistic Nurse and a Nurse Coach with a passion for holistic wellness. With certification as a Bowen Practitioner, Brooke combines her medical expertise with a holistic approach to provide compassionate, individualized care. Bowen is a holistic healing technique that involves gentle, rolling movements over muscles, tendons and fasica. It aims to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, and promoting overall well-being and reducing pain. Brooke is booking clients Mondays 3:30 to 8pm, Tuesdays 2:30 to 8pm and Fridays 3:30 to 8pm. Please note this service does not go under massage therapy benefits. Receipts can be submitted to the health care spending plan if you have this on your extended health care benefits. Treatments cost $100 +HST.
