Massage Therapy That Starts With Listening

Jordon believes that a good massage starts with listening. Before she gets to work on a sore shoulder or a tight lower back, she wants to know what's actually going on — what's been bothering you, what kind of pressure feels good, and what you're hoping to feel like by the end. From there, she mixes in whatever combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques makes sense for you that day. Jordon is joining Wrobel Massage Therapy in September 2026.

Book with Jordon ↓

Ask Jordon what she loves most about this job, and she won't start with technique. She'll talk about the moment a client's shoulders finally drop away from their ears, or the exhale that happens partway through a treatment when someone stops holding onto their day. That's what she's paying attention to the whole time — not just the muscle, but how you're actually doing.

Jordon graduated from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology in January 2025 with a diploma in Massage and Hydrotherapy. She's also trained in Cupping Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM), and will bring either into a treatment when it makes sense for what you're dealing with — not something added to every session automatically.

What matters most to Jordon is that you feel comfortable on her table — not rushed, not judged. Her goal is pretty simple: that you leave feeling more relaxed, and a bit more like yourself, than when you walked in.

Outside the clinic, Jordon likes to paint, and she has a dog named Eleanor who's usually close by.

Techniques Jordon Uses

Every session starts with a conversation about what you need. From there, Jordon may use any of the following.

Therapeutic Massage

Focused work on whatever's bothering you — tension, tightness, or general discomfort.

Relaxation Massage

A calmer, slower-paced massage for when you mainly just want to unwind.

Cupping Therapy

Jordon is trained in cupping and may use it during a session if it's a good fit — it's not part of every treatment.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM)

She's also trained in IASTM, which she may use for certain areas or concerns when it makes sense.
